Our mission
The association represents its members in their liaisons with the Italian authorities and in the negotiations with the trades’ union organisations in matters concerning the drafting, application, interpretation and renewal of the National Collective Labour Contract.
FAIRO is also accredited with the Italian Ministry of Labour as a legal signatory to collective agreements dealing with staff welfare.
Furthermore, FAIRO provides both the venue and the means for regular exchanges of information on labour issues amongst its members.
Become A Member
FAIRO membership is voluntary and is open to all delegations of foreign airlines from inside and outside the European Community which have employees in Italy. Representatives of new members are required to submit the accreditation questionnaire.
In full compliance with EU antitrust and privacy laws, FAIRO does not engage itself in any matters concerning pricing, commercial policies, distribution channels and sensitive customer data.
